GORUN specializes in custom screws, including self-tapping screws, self-drilling screws, mechanical screws, SMES screws, and more. We offer flexibility in MOQ, standards, materials, surface treatment, and packaging.  

Standard Packaging (for most customers)  

Our default solution balances protection and practicality:  

- Outer Carton: Pure white cardboard box (365mm × 305mm × 205mm).  

 - Weight: around 25kg per carton (exact screw count varies by size).  

 - Purpose: Blank design lets you add your own labels.  

 - Upgrade option: Custom color-printed boxes (extra cost applies).  

- Inner Packaging:  

 - 10 inner boxes (173mm × 112mm × 90mm) per carton.  The screws are placed in the inner box.

- Palletizing:  

 - 45 cartons per pallet (wooden, fumigated).  

 - Wrapped with PE stretch film for stability and moisture resistance.

Case Study: USA Client (10+ year partnership)  

- Request: Screws GR-3001https://www.grscrew-mfg.com/High-Quality-China-Made-Bugle-Head-Screws-for-Drywall-Projects-pd590612348.html in transparent PP tubes.  

- Specifications:  

 - Tube: 8mm diameter × 68mm length (clear PP).  

 - Content: 12 screws per tube, sealed with stapled ends.  

- Scalability:  

 - 1 container ships 675,000 tubes = 8,100,000 screws.  

 - Tubes enable seamless embedding into client’s products.
